MEETINGS & TRAINING

At the Ardington Hotel

Planning to hold a meeting or training event in Worthing?

 

Whatever the occasion, we offer a range of flexible meeting and training rooms that can be arranged to your specific requirements.  To simplify communication, from the time of your enquiry through to the day(s) of your event you will have one contact only. This contact will be one of the members of the family who are proprietors of the Ardington Hotel.

 

Meeting Rooms

 

With prior arrangement , access to your meeting room can be from 7.00am ( or earlier if required) and you do not have to depart by 5.30pm. You can choose from 7 rooms, the largest of which can accommodate up to 120 delegates. Please scroll down for meeting room sizes, capacities and hire rates. Hourly rates are available which subject to circumstances are only applicable between the hours of 9.00am – 5.00pm. All rooms have lots of natural daylight., are situated on the ground floor and with the exception of the Eden room have direct pavement / vehicle access facilitating the loading and unloading of materials pre and post meeting.  The Eden room is situated at the rear of the hotel and has it’s own private Courtyard Garden. All meeting rooms are available for use until 10.30pm every evening including weekends. Our Indigo lounge overlooking Steyne Gardens is central to all rooms and is available without charge  for refreshment breaks and informal meetings/discussions throughout the day.

 

Catering and Complimentary Lounge Area

 

We offer a full range of catering options ranging from coffee/tea only, coffee/tea and Sandwiches through to a 1/ 2/ 3 course lunch in our AA Rosette awarded Indigo Restaurant ( www.indigorestaurant.info). Please scroll down for some base prices and menus for some refreshments.  All refreshments can either be enjoyed in your meeting room or lounge/restaurant. We will be most pleased to cater for any special dietary requirements with prior notice and are able to formulate a bespoke refreshments package to suit your requirements and budget.

Car Parking

 

For a town centre view of all car parking options and details please visit the Car Parking section of this website. Amongst other options, car parking is available on the road outside the hotel ( £1.80 per hour) as well as at a discounted rate of £7.00 inc vat per day at the nearby ( 200 meters away) Multi Storey Car park. Worthing bus station is on the seafront 200 meters across the gardens, Worthing central train station is a 10 minute taxi, 20 minute walk away.
