Our imaginative restaurant menu changes with the seasons and is made from the finest produce, proudly locally sourced wherever possible.

Within the menus detailed here there are a number of vegetarian dishes. We will be pleased to cater for any other special dietary requirements; however, these should be advised upon arrival at the hotel (if staying overnight) or at the time of making your table reservation.

 

The restaurant is open daily for lunch and dinner, dining from either our seasonal a la carte or our Indigo Easi menus.
